Jamie Teague’s expertise is centered on family law cases involving complex financial and custodial issues, paternity claims and domestic violence claims. Jamie has a particular interest in child-centered issues, including custodial claims and special education advocacy. In addition to her private practice, Jamie has served as a Guardian ad Litem and as a volunteer attorney for the Council for Children’s Rights.
Jamie has been particularly successful in leading her clients in the development of collaborative strategies that encourage the resolution of cases in a timely and cooperative manner. She is an excellent and supportive listener and offers compassionate guidance throughout the difficult journey of family law disputes. Moreover, she is highly effective in explaining every step of the process to her clients to ensure a clear understanding of options that lead to the most favorable result possible.
Jamie and her husband Josh, also an attorney, have four young children and are avid fans of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
