We are starting off 2023 with exciting news at Skufca Law! Our attorney team is growing with the welcome of Jordan!
Jordan joined the firm this month strengthening our team of business law attorneys as well as adding new capabilities to the firm. Jordan focuses her practice on transactional business law as well as helping clients preparing or revising their Wills & Trusts. She has served as outside general counsel and has counseled clients through the legal landscape of creating, operating, and growing a business. During her legal career, she has assisted clients with forming their business entities, complying with corporate law, raising capital, reviewing and drafting contracts, creating company policies, selling all or a portion of their businesses, and navigating employment law matters. Jordan is also experienced in revising and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives.
Jordan grew up in a Maryland suburb outside of Washington, D.C. She moved to the Carolinas for college and, like many Northeasterners, never looked back.
In her free time, she is an avid soccer player and enjoys being active and outside as much as possible. She also loves hosting friends for dinner and being involved with her church, Mercy Church Charlotte.
