Alexia V. Martin

Alexia V. Martin was born and raised in Charlotte and returned to the city after receiving her law degree so that she could serve the community she calls home.

Alexia has prior experience defending insurance companies in a wide-range of civil litigation matters including negligence, premises liability, and breach of contract claims.  She knows the value in getting disputes settled before the filing of a lawsuit, but she also knows how to work closely with clients to guide them through every step of the litigation process if a lawsuit is the next step.

When not practicing law, Alexia can be found taking walks on the local greenways or riding her Peloton.  She also enjoys cheering for the Carolina Panthers and sampling Charlotte’s many great restaurants and breweries.
